Therapy

There’s no right or wrong reason to seek out a therapist. Sometimes, the reasons only surface during the work. But if you feel that talking to someone would be helpful – someone engaged in your world, but also separate from it – then therapy might be for you.

I provide an open, exploratory space where you can reflect on your experience of living and any difficulties you may encounter in your relationships, your family, your work or more generally in life.

I believe that by exploring your experiences, past and present, the feelings you have, the sense you make of them and the patterns that emerge, we can create a clearer narrative for your life and open up the possibility of a different future. And hopefully a richer, more fulfilling existence.
