About

In working with clients I focus on their experience of living and their ability to engage in life and connect to those around them.

I am fascinated by people, the stories they tell and the sense they make of their world. I aim to be warm, lively and open to a shared experience, within the boundaries of a professional therapeutic relationship.

I hold a Post Graduate Diploma (PGDip) in Psychotherapy and Counselling and an Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy (ADEP) – both from Regent’s University in London.

I am accredited by the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and am bound by their Code of Ethics. As part of this code I undertake regular supervision and invest in my continuing professional development.

I am also a member of the Society for Existential Analysis (SEA).

I completed my clinical training at Westminster Mind and at South London and Maudsley NHS Trust.

Prior to training as a psychotherapist I worked in public relations and corporate communications in the public, private and third sector and therefore have a good understanding of the challenges we can face in the world of work.
